6. Return & Refund Policy

HARBORPOLO adheres to a customer-oriented service principle and provides standardized and humane return and refund services for all customers. All return and exchange behaviors must comply with the following official rules.
1. Return & Exchange Time Limit & Eligibility
We support free returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the goods. All returned products must be kept in brand-new, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition, with original tags, packaging and complete accessories. Fashion accessories must have no scratches, wear or usage traces. Products that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For public health and service specification reasons, customized products, final clearance discounted products, and personal intimate accessories that have been worn, cleaned or used are not supported for return or exchange.
3. Return Application Process
1. Submit a return application via our official email within the valid return period, and provide your order number and specific return reason;
2. Wait for our customer service review within 24 hours, and obtain the official designated return address and operation guidelines;
3. Pack the goods completely and safely, send them back according to the designated address, and provide the return logistics tracking number;
4. After we receive and inspect the returned goods to be qualified, we will confirm the return and refund process.
4. Refund Rules
After the returned goods pass our inspection, we will initiate the refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is caused by our product quality problems, wrong delivery or missing goods.
If there are quality problems, wrong style/size delivery or missing accessories on our side, we will bear the return shipping fee and provide full refund or free exchange service.
5. Exchange Service
We support size and color exchange for eligible products within 30 days of receipt. The exchange is subject to real-time inventory. If the target product is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund solution.
